Dwarka District Special Staff ने अवैध शराब की सप्लाई के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है।

द्वारका में अवैध शराब सप्लाई नेटवर्क पर शिकंजा!

Special Staff की टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसके खिलाफ पहले से 6 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।

आरोपी के कब्जे से 2,082 क्वार्टर यानी 42 कार्टन अवैध शराब बरामद हुई, साथ ही सप्लाई में इस्तेमाल Toyota Corolla Altis भी जब्त की गई।

🟡 TASKING & BRIEFING:-

Through the flagship project - "नशे पर लगाम, देश को सलाम !!", Sh. Kushal Pal Singh IPS - DCP Dwarka, has tasked his District police teams to engage in a decisive war against drugs and illicit liquor, intending to see Dwarka, Delhi and adjoining areas to be completely free from the menace, also enabling the youth and society at large to better and judiciously engage in constructive endeavours, shunning the social evil from all ends.


🟡 BRIEF DETAILS:-

As per directions of DCP/Dwarka District & working with the motto of “Drugs-Free Delhi,” a team of Special Staff, Dwarka District, in a significant action against the illegal supply and transportation of illicit liquor, apprehended one person and recovered a huge quantity of illicit liquor being transported from Haryana to Delhi. The Toyota Corolla Altis car used for transporting the illicit liquor was also seized.


🟡 TEAM & TASKING:-

On 03.09.2026, a team of Special Staff, Dwarka, headed by Inspr. Kamlesh Kumar, I/c Special Staff Dwarka, comprising HC Pardeep, HC Jagat Singh, HC Bachchu Singh and Ct. Jaibhagwan, was deployed in the area of PS BHD Nagar for prevention and detection of crime in the supervision of Sh. Subhash Malik, ACP Operation, Dwarka District.

A secret information was received that a golden-coloured Toyota Corolla Altis car, carrying a huge quantity of illicit liquor from Haryana, would enter Delhi through UER-II Flyover and proceed towards Dichaun Kalan, Najafgarh.

The information was immediately shared with I/C Special Staff, Inspector Kamlesh Kumar, who directed the team to verify the information and take appropriate legal action.

Accordingly, a raiding team was constituted and a trap was laid near UER-II Flyover, beneath Baprola–Dichaun main road.

During the trap, the informer pointed out a golden-coloured Toyota Corolla Altis car approaching from Mundka Toll side through the UER-II service road.

The vehicle was signalled to stop, however, the driver attempted to flee by taking a sharp turn, but the police team immediately intercepted the vehicle and apprehended the driver.

The driver was identified as Ashish S/o Shri Krishan, aged 28 years, R/o Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana.

On checking the vehicle, a large number of khaki-coloured cartons containing illicit liquor were found concealed on the rear seat area and in the boot/dickey. Total 42 cartons were recovered from the vehicle.

On detailed checking, the recovered liquor was taken into police possession as per law. The recovered Toyota Corolla Altis car, Golden Colour, bearing registration No. DL8CXXXXX, was also seized.

In this regard, a case FIR No. 311/26, u/s 33/38/58(D) Delhi Excise Act was registered at PS BHD Nagar, Delhi and investigation taken up.


🟡 INTERROGATION:-

During preliminary interrogation, the accused disclosed that the illicit liquor had been procured from Haryana and was being transported into Delhi, for illegal sale.

- Further investigation is underway to identify the source of the liquor, intended recipients and other persons involved in the supply chain.
